Your requests have finally been answered! We have started to produce instructional DVD's for each belt rank. Each DVD will cover the required self-defense techniques and kata for each belt rank. These DVD's will be a great addition to your training materials. You can view all material at half and full speed and the self techniques also have step by step tutorials.
These DVD's are not meant to teach you the required material for the first time. They are intended to assist you with your home training after you learn the material from a certified instructor.
