FROM NORTH(Hartford/MA) 
Follow I-91 South to exit 22S (Rt. 9 South, it is a left lane exit). Follow Rt. 9S to exit 19 (Cromwell). Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 372. Move into the left lane and turn left at the 4-way intersection onto Rt. 3 South (before Super Stop and Shop). 
Follow Rt. 3 South for 1.4 miles. Cromwell Martial Arts is on your right above Michelino's Restaurant.
 
FROM SOUTH/EAST(Shoreline/RI)  
Follow Rt. 9 North to exit 19 (West St./Cromwell). Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 372; follow to 4-way intersection and turn left onto Rt. 3 South. Follow Rt. 3 south for 1.4 miles. Cromwell Martial Arts is on your right above Michelino's Restaurant. 
 
FROM SOUTH(New Haven/NY) 
Follow I-91 North to exit 21 (Cromwell). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Rt. 372. Follow Rt. 372 for 1.6 miles to the 4-way intersection after Super Stop and Shop. Turn right onto Rt. 3 south. Follow Rt. 3 south for 1.4 miles. Cromwell Martial Arts is on your right above Michelino's Restaurant. 
 
FROM WEST(Waterbury) 
Follow 691 East to Exit 11 (I-91 North) Follow I-91 North to exit 21 (Cromwell). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Rt. 372. Follow Rt. 372 for 1.6 miles to the 4-way intersection after Super Stop and Shop. Turn right onto Rt. 3 south. Follow Rt. 3 south for 1.4 miles.
